Installing a non-Windows operating system on a virtual machine

Prerequisite

• The system disk of the virtual machine is set as the first boot device.
• The ISO image of the operating system is already mounted.

Procedure

1. Select the newly created virtual machine in the virtual machine list and click Start in the virtual machine details panel to start the virtual machine.

2. Click Terminal to open the terminal. Follow the official installation instructions for the corresponding operating system to complete the installation.
