Editing the host ESXi association information (VMware ESXi virtualization only)

After setting the ESXi association information for the host, you can retrieve the hardware information of the ESXi hosts in the ACOS (VMware ESXi) cluster. You can also configure ESXi host I/O rerouting and enable SCVM to start automatically with the ESXi host.

  1. On the AOC main page, select an ACOS (VMware ESXi) cluster from the left sidebar, and select Settings > ESXi to access the ESXi page.

  2. Edit the ESXi association information for the hosts. If you leave the password blank, it will not be updated.

    • Single edit: Click Edit to set the ESXi IP, username, or password for one host.
    • Batch edit: Click Batch edit to set the ESXi in association formation for all hosts. You can enter a start ESXi IP address and set a unified username and password.
  3. Click Save. After submitting the update, if the verification fails, a corresponding prompt will appear.
