Upgrading or uninstalling an AOC agent

Prerequisites

• Upgrading or uninstalling an Arcfra Operation Center agent (AOC agent) is allowed when the AOC agent is not being used for data transfer in the following scenarios, such as virtual machine cold migration or staged migration, ISO or VM template distribution across clusters.
• Before upgrading, refer to the instructions in the Uploading the AOC agent installation package section to upload an installation package with the same CPU architecture of version 1.3.0 or later in advance.

Procedure

1. In the left navigation bar of the AOC System configuration page, click Arcfra Operation Center agent to open the AOC agent page.

2. Hover your mouse cursor over the AOC agent name and an arrow icon and the ellipsis (...) icon will appear to the right of the AOC agent name. Click the arrow to sort the clusters by connection speed. Click the ellipsis (...) to perform the following operations:

   • Upgrade

     Select Upgrade and then choose the target agent version in the pop-up Upgrade Arcfra Operation Center Agent dialog box. Click Upgrade.

   • Uninstall:

     Select Uninstall and then click Uninstall in the pop-up Uninstall Arcfra Operation Center agent dialog box.
