Mounting an NFS data storage to new nodes

After high availability is configured for ACOS, mount an NFS data storage to the newly added ESXi hosts.

• To create a new NFS data storage for mounting, refer to Creating an NFS export and mounting it to an ESXi host.

• If you need to mount an existing NFS data storage in the cluster, follow the steps below.

  1. Select the cluster in vCenter Server, and click Datastores in the management page on the right.

  2. Right-click the NFS data storage to be mounted and select Mount Datastore to Additional Hosts.

     

  3. In the pop-up dialog box Mount Datastore to Additional Hosts, select the new ESXi hosts to be mounted with this storage and click OK.
