Enabling maintenance mode

During offline maintenance, once maintenance mode is enabled, the system automatically checks cluster and node status to ensure critical services on other nodes in the cluster operate properly, protecting the remaining data in the cluster and enhancing the efficiency of operations and maintenance.

It is recommended to apply maintenance mode in the following scenarios:

• When upgrading firmware, kernel, etc.
• When replacing hardware other than physical disks, such as memory, NICs, CPUs, and storage controllers.
• When removing a node from a cluster.
