Arcfra Migration Tool supports adding a maximum of 20 workers. Each worker supports migrating up to 5 virtual machines at the same time. That is, a maximum of 100 virtual machines can be migrated concurrently at a time. However, note that the overall migration task will be affected by the migration network bandwidth and worker load capacity. It is recommended to properly plan the number of workers to add and the number of concurrently migrated virtual machines in a migration plan based on the migration network bandwidth, and migrate virtual machines in batches. For example:
After migration, the following virtual machine configurations might be changed:
If the source virtual machines have CD-ROM devices mounted, the target virtual machines will not include these devices.
The numbering order of virtual disks might change after migration, and the virtual disk space will be rounded up. For example, if the virtual disk space before migration is 4.2 GB, it will become 5 GB after migration.
After migration, the rebuild priority for virtual machines with high availability (HA) enabled will be set to default priority, which is Medium.
After migration, the autostart option for virtual machines will be disabled by default.
