Go to the Kubernetes service page on AOC and click Workload cluster in the left navigation bar.
Click + Create > Create cluster of virtual machines and configure the basic information according to the following instructions:
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The name of the VM-based workload cluster at the API level, which cannot be modified once set. |
| Display name | The display name of the VM-based workload cluster, which can be named based on actual needs. After the VM-based workload cluster is created, you can still click the ellipsis (...) > Edit cluster display name in the workload cluster's overview page to edit it. |
| Location | Select the ACOS cluster where the VM-based workload cluster will be created. |
| Kubernetes version |
Select the desired Kubernetes version. If the version you select has not been distributed to the selected ACOS cluster, you will need to prepare the Kubernetes node template in advance; otherwise, a creation timeout failure may occur. |
