Configuring an SMTP email alert notification

AOC supports sending alert notification emails to specified mailboxes via SMTP. After setting up an SMTP email alert notification, emails will be sent automatically to the user-specified email address when an alert is triggered in the system, or when the alert is resolved.

Note:

• It is recommended to perform cluster internal configuration and observability configuration at the same time. If an exception occurs in the observability service, alert notifications can still be sent through the internal monitoring system.
• If you have configured an email alert notification within the cluster, the system will automatically create the corresponding notification channel in the observability configuration after the cluster is associated with an observability service, while retaining the email notification within the cluster.
