Deploying Arcfra Migration Tool

Arcfra Migration Tool consists of two components:

• Controller: A unified management platform that provides a web console and is responsible for creating migration plans, scheduling, and status monitoring. Each environment requires one controller deployed.
• Worker: A data transfer node that performs the actual data migration. Each environment can have multiple workers deployed to improve concurrent transfer capability.

After deployment, both the controller and worker are ready. After completing system initialization and login, you can access the controller console.

Arcfra Migration Tool can be deployed on a virtual machine in the source or target cluster by importing the OVF files. To accelerate data transfer, it is recommended to deploy it in the source cluster.
