Alert levels
The alert levels of the system are categorized from low to high as follows: Info, Notice, and Critical, with each level of alerts requiring different measures to be taken.
Info:
Indicates an issue that would pose minor impact on the system. The user should be aware of this issue and take actions to troubleshoot risks and anomalies.
Note
Indicates a detected anomaly that requires the user to take actions as soon as possible, otherwise it may cause serious impact on the cluster.
Critical:
Indicates a detected emergency that requires the user to take immediate actions.
Alert types
Alerts can be categorized as the following two types:
Unresolved:
All unresolved alerts generated in AOC will be displayed in the unresolved list. Click the alert to view its details, including the trigger reason, impact, solution, alert source, alert level, alert object, alert rule, trigger time and duration. Additionally, alerts are further divided into in-cluster alerts and in-observability alerts based on their alert sources.
Resolved:
All unresolved alerts generated in AOC will be displayed in the unresolved list. Click the alert to view its details, including the trigger reason, impact, solution, alert source, alert level, alert object, alert rule, trigger time and duration. Additionally, alerts are further divided into in-cluster alerts and alerts delivered via the observability service based on their alert sources.
