The AKE license manager includes License Controller (a K8s Controller) and some K8s webhooks, and defines License CR.
License CR is used to describe AKE license information. The AKE license manager limits the behavior of the AKE management cluster when managing AKE workload clusters based on the capability scope specified by License CR.
