Inspector supports exporting inspection reports in .docx format. The report will summarize the status, resource utilization, and risk status of the selected clusters during the inspection, and provide targeted solutions for each risk item.
Prerequisite
The execution result of the inspection task is either all succeeded or partially failed.
Precaution
It is recommended to export no more than 50 clusters at a time, otherwise the export may fail due to excessive content.
Procedure
On the Inspector interface of AOC, click Inspection record to enter the record list.
You can view the inspection results by clicking on the Execution time of an inspection task in the record list.
Then click Export report in the upper right corner of the inspection results page to enter the export report interface. By default, the exported report contains all inspection items for all clusters in this inspection task.
(Optional) Keep the data centers or clusters that you need to export in the left sidebar, depending on your requirements.
(Optional) Click Eval & advice for the selected cluster in the left sidebar. In the right sidebar, you can retain the inspection items or risk items according to your needs.
Click Export selected inspection results in the upper right corner, and the inspection report will be automatically downloaded to your local computer.
Once the browser's download content displays an inspection report named InspectorReport-time, you can exit export mode or close the browser page.
Information:
When opening the inspection report on your local computer, some versions of Microsoft Word may prompt that the document cannot be read or opened. Click Yes or OK to open the report. If you still cannot open the document, try opening it with another word-processing application (such as Google Workspace).
