AOC login options

AOC supports the following three login methods. For LDAP/AD login or SSO login, AOC is required to have LDAP/AD authentication or SSO authentication configured respectively. After configuration, in the left sidebar of the AOC System configuration page, select Default login option to set the default login option for users on the login page, including:

  • Local user login
  • LDAP/AD login
  • SSO login

Logging in with an LDAP/AD account or a local account

Procedure

  1. Enter AOC's IP address in your web browser to access the login page.

  2. Choose LDAP/AD login or Local user login, and enter your username and password.

    Information:

    • If the IP address assigned to AOC is the IP address of a deprecated AOC, the system will automatically populate the login screen with historical user information. Click Switch account first before following the above steps.
    • If AOC has enabled Change initial password upon first login, and this is the first login for the account, you will need to change the password as prompted before login.
  3. Click Login.

  4. (Optional) If AOC has two-factor authentication enabled, check your registered email or phone number for a 6-digit verification code. Enter this code in the input box and click Verify.

    Information:

When both email verification and SMS verification are enabled, choose one method for verification.

After logging in to AOC, you can log out by clicking the user icon on the upper right corner of the AOC page and select Logout.
