Arcfra Backup & Disaster Recovery supports periodic delivery of the execution records of backup and replication jobs to specified email addresses, enabling timely job monitoring and tracing for operations personnel .
Information:
For replication jobs, job report notification includes only the execution records where the current site is the target site.
Procedure
In the left sidebar of the Backup & DR page of AOC, select Settings to enter its management page, and then select Job report notification.
Click Enable job report notification. Once enabled, the system will send a report of all execution records generated during the designated schedule to specified email addresses.
Configure email settings.

| SMTP server | Select an existing SMTP server or create a new SMTP server to send job report notification to specified email addresses. To create a new SMTP server, select + Create SMTP server from the drop-down menu, and configure the server by referring to the Configuring SMTP server section in AOC User Guide. |
| Sender address | Specify an email address as the sender of job report notifications. |
| Recipient address | Specify one or more email addresses as recipients for job report notifications. If there are multiple recipients, use the half-width comma "," to separate multiple email addresses. |
| Send a test email | Click the button to send a test email to the specified email address. |
Set the report sending schedule. You can schedule a specific time of a day.
Click Save.
