After verifying addon version compatibility and defining the upgrade strategy, follow the instructions below to perform the upgrade. For the upgrade operations and precautions of each addon, you need to strictly follow the upgrade guides for each addon.
Refer to the Upgrading AOC to complete the version upgrade.
After the upgrade is complete, go to the About interface in AOC to confirm that AOC has been upgraded to the target version.
ACOS supports two upgrade methods:
Upgrading via Arcfra Upgrade Center
Using Arcfra Upgrade Center in AOC, you can perform one-stop upgrades of the ACOS cluster and kernel. This method is simple, efficient, and helps improve both upgrade success rate and efficiency.
Upgrading via command line
You can upgrade the entire cluster by executing the command-line upgrade on a single cluster node. This method requires no manual intervention and provides access to detailed upgrade logs.
Procedure
Refer to the Before you upgrade section in Upgrading ACOS for the prerequisites and preparation steps before starting the upgrade.
Complete the ACOS cluster upgrade using either Upgrade Center or the command line.
Upgrading via Arcfra Upgrade Center
Refer to the Arcfra Upgrade Center operation and maintenance for detailed steps. When upgrading with Arcfra Upgrade Center, you can upgrade the cluster kernel at the same time.
Upgrading via command line
Refer to the Upgrading via command linesection in Upgrading ACOS.
If you upgrade via the command line, after completing the cluster upgrade, refer to the Manually upgrading the kernel section in Upgrading ACOS to complete the kernel upgrade.
