Arcfra Backup & Disaster Recovery supports periodic delivery of the execution records of replication jobs to specified mailboxes, enabling operations personnel to monitor and trace job status in a timely manner.
Information:
Job report notification includes only the execution records where the current site is the destination site.
Procedure
Log in to AOC. Click Settings on the Backup & DR page to enter the function management page. Select Job report notification.
Select Enable job report notification. Once enabled, the system will send a report of all execution records generated during the designated schedule to specified mailboxes.
Configure email settings.

| SMTP server | Select an existing SMTP server or create a new SMTP server to send job report notification to specified mailboxes. To create a new SMTP server, select +Create an SMTP server from the drop-down menu. |
| Sender address | Specify an email address as the sender of job task notifications. |
| Recipient address | Specify one or more email addresses as recipients for job report notifications. If there are multiple recipients, use the comma "," to separate multiple email addresses. |
| Send a test email | Click the button to send a test email to the recipient address. |
Set the report sending schedule. You can schedule a specific time of day.
Click Save.
