Disabling advanced monitoring

If a cluster with advanced monitoring deployed no longer needs to collect statistics on all monitoring and alert data, you can disable the advanced monitoring application.

Prerequisite

• The cluster is not currently in the initialization process.
• If the cluster is associated with an observability service, migrate the monitoring data first and then disable advanced monitoring.

Precautions

• After disabling advanced monitoring, some data collection will be stopped when the basic monitoring capacity is insufficient.
• Disabling advanced monitoring cannot be undone. Once disabled, the system will clear the collected data.

Procedure

1. In Cluster with advanced monitoring deployed, click the ellipsis (...). Then select Disable.

2. After confirming the precautions, check I confirm to disable the advanced monitoring application for the cluster and delete its collected data..

3. Click Disable.
