After the observability service is successfully deployed, you can view resource usage on the Service VM page of the observability. When the resource usage is too high, the system will generate alert information. You can scale up the resource configuration of the observability virtual machine as needed.
Note:
When alarm information is generated due to high resource usage, the CPU usage and memory usage displayed on the Service VM page may deviate from the alert threshold. You can refer to the alert for accuracy.
Procedure
Log in to Arcfra Operation Center (AOC), enter the System configuration page, select Observability in the sidebar, and click Settings in the upper right corner.
You can also click the observability service you want to operate on the Observability page.
In the pop-up management window, select the observability service you want to operate. Select Service VM, click Scale up in the upper right corner of RESOURCE CONFIGURATION, and a dialog box for Scale up observability VM will pop up.
Edit the vCPU, memory, and logical storage space allocation, and click Save.
Note:
The amount of configured resources can only be increased, and cannot exceed the allocatable resources of the cluster to which the current observability service belongs.
