The alert levels of the system from low to high are Info, Notice, and Critical, and different levels of alerts require different solutions.
Info:
Abbreviation for information. An issue with mild impact is detected and needs to be noticed and addressed as needed.
Notice:
An anomaly is detected and needs to be addressed as soon as possible, otherwise it may cause serious impact on clusters.
Critical:
An emergency has been detected and immediate action is required.
Alerts can be divided into the following two types:
Unresolved:
All unresolved alerts generated in AOC will be displayed in the unresolved list. Click an unresolved alert to view its details, including the cause, impact, solution, alert source, alert level, cluster where the alert is generated, alert rule, trigger time and duration, etc. Among them, the alert sources include the cluster and the observability service.
Resolved:
All resolved alerts generated in AOC will be displayed in the resolved list. Click a resolved alert to view its details, including the cause, impact, solution, alert source, alert level, cluster where the alert is generated, alert rule, trigger time and duration, etc. Among them, the alert sources include the cluster and the observability service.
