Click Test connectivity in the upper right corner of the LDAP/AD page, and a prompt will appear at the top of the page to indicate whether the connection status is normal.
You can edit the LDAP/AD server configurations on AOC.
Precaution
It is not supported to edit the server type.
Procedure
On AOC System Configuration page, select LDAP/AD in the left sidebar to access the LDAP/AD page. On this page, click the ellipsis (...) in the upper right corner, select Edit basic information to open the Edit basic information dialog box.
In the dialog box, modify the name and description of the server.
Click Save.
After submitting the task, you can check the task progress and whether the change has been successfully updated in the task center.

Procedure
On AOC System Configuration page, select LDAP/AD in the left sidebar to access the LDAP/AD page. On this page, click the ellipsis (...) in the upper right corner, select Edit configuration information to open the Edit configuration information dialog box.
In the dialog box, edit the server's configuration information.
Select whether to synchronize the server data immediately after updating.
This option is ticked by default. If it is ticked, after saving the configuration, the data in the LDAP/AD server will be synchronized according to the latest configuration information.
Click Save. If the option Sync server data immediately after update is ticked, the system will check the connection status.
After submitting the task, you can check the task progress and whether the change has been successfully updated in the task center.

On AOC System Configuration page, select LDAP/AD in the left sidebar to access the LDAP/AD page. On this page, click the ellipsis (...) in the upper right corner, select Edit mapping rule to open the Edit mapping rule dialog box.
In the dialog box, edit the server's configuration information.
Select whether to synchronize the server data immediately after updating.
This option is ticked by default. If it is ticked, after saving the configuration, the data in the LDAP/AD server will be synchronized according to the latest mapping rules.
Click Save. If the option Sync server data immediately after update is ticked, the system will check the connection status.
After submitting the task, you can check the task progress and whether the change has been successfully updated in the task center.
When you modify the user information in the LDAP/AD server or edit the server configuration information and mapping rules in AOC, you can choose to synchronize the data in the LDAP/AD server with AOC to update the user list in AOC.
Impact of data synchronization
If you have modified the user information of the LDAP/AD users in AOC only, the synchronization operation will overwrite the modified content.
After synchronization, users that do not exist in the LDAP/AD server will also be removed from AOC's user list.
After synchronization, the LDAP/AD users who have logged into AOC will be forced to log out when their usernames are changed. They need to log in to AOC again with their new usernames.
Procedure
On AOC System Configuration page, select LDAP/AD in the left sidebar to access the LDAP/AD page. On this page, click Sync server data in the upper right corner to open the Synchronize server dialog box.
Click Sync.
After submitting the task, you can view the task progress and whether the synchronization is successful in the task center.
Deleting the LDAP/AD server will delete all LDAP/AD users synchronized to AOC. Users on the source server will not be affected.
Procedure
On AOC System Configuration page, select LDAP/AD in the left sidebar to access the LDAP/AD page. On this page, click the ellipsis (...) in the upper right corner, select Delete to open the Delete server configuration dialog box.
Click Delete.
After submitting the task, you can check the task progress and whether the deletion is successful in the task center.
