Associating an ACOS cluster with AOC

You can associate multiple ACOS clusters with AOC to achieve centralized cluster management.

Prerequisites

• AOC is connected to the management network of the target cluster.
• The target cluster is configured with a management virtual IP (VIP).
• Your account has the Cluster association management operation permissions.

Procedure

1. Click +Create at the top right of AOC homepage and select Associate cluster to open the Associate cluster dialog box.

2. Enter the management VIP of the target cluster, and the username and password of the super administrator account. Once done, click Next to start loading cluster data.

3. After the cluster is successfully associated with AOC, confirm its cluster information, including the cluster name, management VIP, software version, and virtualization platform.

4. Select whether to add the cluster to a data center.

   Note:

   • You can select an existing data center, or create a new data center when confirming the association.
   • If the cluster to be associated is an ACOS active-active cluster, you need to select different data centers for the primary availability zone and the secondary availability zone in this active-active cluster respectively.

5. Click Associate cluster to associate AOC with the cluster.

   Once associated, you can manage hosts, physical disks, network ports, virtual machines, storage and other resources in the cluster on AOC.
