When the actual rack topology changes, you need to make modifications accordingly on the Rack configuration page in AOC. Be aware of the following precautions before making any corresponding modifications.
| Modification | Precaution |
|---|---|
| Editing a rack | If there are any chassis in the rack, the rack height cannot be lowered. |
| Deleting a rack | If you delete a rack, all chassis in that rack will also be deleted and all hosts will be moved to the No rack specified list. |
| Editing a chassis | If there are any hosts in the chassis, the chassis height and layout cannot be modified. |
| Deleting a chassis | If you delete a chassis, all hosts in the chassis will be moved to the No rack specified list. |
